Welcome. This service offers paid, non-therapeutic listening sessions—via chat, audio, or video—for individuals who want a safe, compassionate space to vent, process feelings, or be heard. Sessions are structured around empathy, presence, and thoughtful listening, drawing on my background as a Registered Nurse and ongoing studies in mental health care. My aim is not to diagnose, treat, or give advice, but to support people through attentive and judgment-free listening.

Welcome to 11:11 Listening Line — your safe space to talk, breathe, and be heard.To keep our conversations peaceful and positive, please take a moment to read these simple guidelines before booking your session.

  • Respect the Space This is a judgment-free zone. Please speak with kindness and respect. Any form of aggression, profanity, or disrespect will end the session immediately.

  • What We Offer The 11:11 Listening Line is a space for emotional support and compassionate listening.We don’t provide medical, legal, or financial advice — just an open heart and a listening ear.

  • Confidentiality What you share stays private. However, if you mention harm to yourself, others, or illegal activity, I may be required to report it for safety reasons.

  • Session Time Each session lasts for the time you select (example: 30 minutes per call). If you need extra time, simply book another session — I’m happy to listen as long as you need.

  • Payment & Cancellations Payment is due before your session begins. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed sessions are non-refundable.

  • Be Present Please take your call in a quiet, private space without distractions. Avoid driving or multitasking — this is your moment to pause and be fully present.

  • No Recording Recording or sharing any part of our session (audio, screenshots, or transcripts) is not allowed. Our conversations are meant to stay personal and confidential.

  • Keep It Appropriate The 11:11 Listening Line is for emotional support only. Any romantic, sexual, or inappropriate behavior will immediately end the session and future bookings will be blocked.

  • Emergencies If you are in crisis or feel unsafe, please contact 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. The 11:11 Listening Line is not an emergency service.

  • Positive Energy Only Let’s keep this space rooted in peace, healing, and high vibrations. Come as you are — and leave feeling lighter, heard, and aligned.
